    I actually thought this was very good! It surprised me that there was as much prayer and “God” in the inoguration as there was. Especially given the tendency of the courts to rule against displays of religion in society in general.

    Burt, did you get to hear Gene Robinson’s prayer? Now [i]that[/i] struck me as genuine and sincere, even if his inclusion – along with Warren and the whole silly set-up – stinks of tokenism, hypocrisy and calculated compromise.
